At SQM Iodine Plant Nutrition we must ensure the compliance of all applicable laws in each jurisdiction where we are currently carrying out our operations, regarding working conditions, wages, working hours, job security, fair payment, right of association, prohibition of child labor and forced labor, among other laws. This approach is articulated on the following guidelines:
- 2.B.iDevelopment of Internal Regulations, which must be acknowledged by all our workers and employees, as well as regulate obligations and prohibitions to which SQM personnel must subject in regards to their work, stay arrangements and everyday life inside the company’s facilities.
